ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Team Enablers are responsible for preparing and printing all production tickets and labels to meet production demands and requirements. The role also is responsible for printing, binding and maintaining departmental logs and forms along with timely closeout of production tickets and primary SAP transactions. Work is performed in strict compliance with manufacturing standards (SOPs) and following all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMPs & OSHA). These roles are present across multiple areas of Drug product operations.
Some of the common elements of the work team enabler across units include:

Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation
Demonstrate leadership behaviors within the unit, taking ownership and accountability of the production schedule, product quality, and leading by example.
Willing to assist other production units in order to meet unit / site goals.
Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks in support of the Kalamazoo Site objectives.
Completing and maintaining all required training on time, to maintain training at or above 96%
Consistently displays Own-It behaviors in accordance with Pfizer Core Competencies: Seizes accountability; grows self; change agile; self-awareness; commits to one Pfizer; peer relationships.
Provide feedback to leadership regarding issues and errors with GMP documentation.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
EHS:
· Knowledge of unit and DP EHS procedures & policies
· Supports unit safety self-inspections (helps addressing deficiencies)
· Implements safety improvements (i.e. Good Catches, manages EHS WOs)
Works with unit safety team and/or Unit Leadership addressing safety issues
GMP:
Meets daily GMP requirements
Provides input into meetings and addressing new GMP expectations
Ensures working areas are audit-ready state & maintains good housekeeping
Demonstrates Knowledge of unit & DP (Drug Product) area procedures and production records
Provides input (redline) and gathers unit consensus on procedure changes
Drug Product Operations:
Maintain logbooks and files for annual record retention
Assists / Creates MFGR/RIDS/PA/RQ transactions in SAP
Assists with PTVA process and line trial requests
Final reconciliation of logs and review of batch records for completeness, correct calculations for SAP entries and records management
Manage purchase orders for production areas
Performs material discrepancy adjustments for production areas
Perform inventory cycle counts as determined by SOP
Manage ARIBA transactions and purchases for area
Investigate inventory ERP issues and errors with involved areas
Supports OJT/SOP creation and reviews while updating Training Curricula for the area which includes reviewing, entering in PLS, and filing completed OJTs.
Perform transactions in SAP and MBR systems
Participate in projects and other departmental initiatives
Understanding and Maintaining production schedules

Qualifications
High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus
12 months as a Work Team Enabler I, OR
24+ months of relevant GMP experience
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Demands:
Extensive lifting / lowering up to 55 pounds, sitting, standing, walking, repetitive motion and flexibility in an office setting.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Works a 10- 4 schedule. Over a four week period, Tuesday to Thursday (10 days), off Friday through Monday (4 days) Tuesday to Thursday (10 days), off Friday through Monday (4 days) Subject to change. Weekend, holiday, and overtime may be required to meet business or customer needs. This operation will work 24x7x365.
