For the HR departement “Global Talent Solutions” we are looking for a:
Talent Acquisition Partner Belgium/Netherlands
From the offices in Puurs you are responsible for the entire recruitment process (sourcing, selection, interview process & offer management) of open vacancies for the 4 locations in Ixelles (commercial headquarters), Anderlecht (clinical research unit phase 1), Zaventem (Logistics centre) & Capelle aan den Ijssel (NL). These functions are situated within the following domains: Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Medical (Affairs), Marketing, etc.
In this position you will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead BeNeLux.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with: local HR Business Partners/HR Leads, Hiring Managers (Local & Global) and the HR service center.
During the entire process you ensure a positive customer and candidate experience.
You ensure a time and cost efficient recruitment process.
You evaluate the experience / personality of the candidates and match this with business goals & cultural fit.
You are the first point of contact for all parties involved in every phase of the process.
You build strong and long-term relationships with internal (HR BP, Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers) and external parties (suppliers)
You develop a good understanding of Pfizer's remuneration policy.
You develop and provide training to hiring managers (Interview techniques, HRIS, Diversity & Inclusion)
Discuss, initiate & implement projects as needed.

Job profile:
Bachelor / Master degree
Several years of experience in corporate recruitment, recruitment selection office or executive search office is a must
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus.
Strong in process thinking
You can easily familiarize yourself with various IT systems
You are administratively strong and always looking for ways to make things more efficient.
Strong in stakeholder management.

Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen.
