To support with the success of the Pfizer Talent Acquisition team, we are seeking a Recruiting Co-ordinator. The Co-ordinator will also gain exposure to our Graduate and Intern recruitment process.
You will work closely with Recruiters and HR Business partners across different Manufacturing sites in Ireland
The co-ordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, have great communication skills, can quickly flex into different situations at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping build an organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. Your responsibilities include the following activities:
- Scheduling telephone and virtual interviews
- Candidate Management and CV screening in our application system Workday
- Job Postings in job boards, social media platforms and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Providing direct sourcing support to the Recruiter team utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards
- Supporting branding, social media and advertising campaigns and other ad hoc projects
- Assisting in pre-screening candidates
- Administering candidate interview and other recruitment expenses
- Monitoring metrics and reports for the team on a regular basis
- Supporting with Early careers recruitment for Apprenticeships, Interns and Graduates
- Ad hoc recruitment tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in a busy administrative role is essential
- Moderate level of experience with demonstrated ability to carry out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to independently prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be responsible and a self-starter with high attention to detail
