Country Brand manager Inflammation & Immunology
POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand manager is responsible for creating the strategy and operating plans to ensure continued access and uptake of our products
This role reports into the Category Lead and works closely with the wider cross functional team at local and global level to leverage customer insights and data, to create and deliver strategy/tactics to enhance patient outcomes, customer experience and portfolio success
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the CZ commercial strategy to formulate and implement marketing and customer operating plans Implementation of strategically aligned global and local tactics, with appropriate tailoring to meet market specific needs using a combination of environmental analyses, patient insights and in-depth understanding of payer/policy maker positions to maximise patient access to medicine
Creates a strong team culture that aligns with the marketing team culture
Develops long term relationships with patient and customer groups recognising the importance of co-creation and partnerships
Drives “Patients first approach” by exploring innovative solutions that will meet the needs of patients and HCP’s
Oversees access and reimbursement strategies for brand(s) as and when needed
Active member of the I&I leadership team, ensuring product/portfolio business representation and contributes to overall I&I culture and working programmes
Leadership of market cross functional team with membership to include sales, medical, market access and local policy and public affairs
Ensure maximisation of digital channels whilst leveraging innovative methods of engagement with critical stakeholders.
Support team development and engagement with digital tactics and embed into ways of working
Manage brand(s) marketing budgets
Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, regulatory guidelines, environmental guidelines as appropriate, etc.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Hospital/I&I/RD Category Lead, working as a member of the marketing team
Has a strong relationship with all relevant internal stakeholders in country (e.g. customer facing colleagues including sales managers, medical advisors, finance, legal, compliance, quality) and above country global / regional colleagues
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS, CAPABILITIES
Marketing &Strategy Execution
Strong business acumen & marketing/sales experience and ability to set strategies in anticipation of market events
Experience in tracking and forecasting performance Digital/Multi-channel marketing – strong knowledge of digital marketing
Ability to use data and insights to create patient and HCP centric plans and tactics Knowledge and understanding of approval process
Leadership
Cross-functional contribution and collaboration across all levels of CZ and global business where needed
Strong communication and influencing skills

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree required (business administration or scientific degree preferred)
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
An understanding of Inflammation and Immunology area is an asset Experience of launching new brands and of reimbursement processes is an advantage but not essential
Excellence in project management and delivering on budget and time
Expertise in relationship management; demonstrate track record of ability to influence others without authority
Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity
Knowledge of industry-specific local regulatory policies
Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of advanced marketing skills Must have excellent organization skills/ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights
Fluency in Czech and English language
