Jr. Training and Documentation Specialist (m/w/d)
Contract limited for 2 years
Part-time 24 hours/week

In your role,
Training Part: Responsible as training coordinator for all departments. Responsible for preparation of GMP compliant administration of the training documentation using the training database PGS Learning Solutions (PLS).Training coordination for the departments (assigning trainings, creating and adapting curricula, organizing trainings and training events), actively supporting the departments in training related topics and administration, Organize cross departmental trainings, participation in the ongoing optimization of and further development of processes relating to documentation revisions, reviews and training processes. Participate and support the implementation of new technologies related to training and Documentation retention, archival and filing processes. Training, ongoing training and further development of new employees on topics related to T&D, as well as support the personal training and development programs on site. Support any audit or authority requests, inspection readiness of T&D.
Documentation Part: Accountable as a point of contact for the PGS Orth Documentation Systems, and support of the PDOCS database. Responsible of in effect documents on site (SOPs, Forms, Specs, CDs etc.) via the PDOCS database. Support of PDOCS Administration.
How You Will Achieve It
- Work with a dynamic team to support all divisions across the Pfizer Orth Site.
- Work within the T&D systems including usage of Pfizer Document Management System (PDOCS) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage Training needs withing the Pfizer Learning System’s (PLS) to ensure quality and compliance
- Coordinate cross functionally in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} to ensure all documentation and training is compliant and inspection ready
- Be willing and ready to take on supplemental projects pertaining to optimization of Training and Documentation
- Interface with the entire site daily, as a POC for all training and documentation needs.

- At minimum Matura and/or FHS
- HAK, HASH, HBLA or equivalent Office Experience
- Team Spirit!

- Ability to multitask and Service oriented
- and ability to apply this knowledge in the creation of simplified instructions and procedures
- Good English skills or a willingness to learn/improve
Nice-to-Have
- Familiar with Learning systems and curricula Management
- Familiar with Excel/Pivot and Outlook

For this position we offer an attractive salary, which considers your professional as well as your personal competences and previous experiences. The payment corresponds to the collective agreement for the chemical industry in Austria. The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 37.756,32 gross per year on a fulltime base.
