Director, HCP Marketing Field Force Lead, US Comirnaty

  • Full time
  • United States - New York - New York City

Hiring company: Pfizer

ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer and BioNTech's breakthrough COVID-19 vaccine has launched around the world.  Full FDA approval/BLA for the 16+ age group US occurred in Fall 2021 with additional supplemental BLAs to follow for other formulations and age groups through late 2021 and into 2022.  Post-BLA, we will use the brand name, COMIRNATY®.

Although our understanding of the disease epidemiology, virus mutations and duration of protection of vaccines continue to evolve; in the post-pandemic period, it's likely that COVID-19 vaccinations may be an annual vaccination, potentially like flu. In the post-pandemic market dynamic, vaccine uptake will be dependent on numerous commercial brand interdependencies and driving market and patient-centric opportunities for our vaccine.

The Director, HCP Marketing Field Force Lead will be responsible for training and supporting the US field force through the following milestones and beyond, upon FDA approval: Ages 16+ primary series FDA approval, boosters, rapid product / formulation changes, ages 12-15, and ages 5-11. This team member will also lead the US field force through COMIRNATY®’s product commercialization.

It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires an organized colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done.
